Securing critical industrial production lines and facility infrastructure with a massive 1400kVA Mitsubishi-powered standby generator.

In the manufacturing sector, operational uptime dictates profitability. Unplanned power outages can severely disrupt automated assembly lines,

corrupt programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and result in massive batches of wasted raw materials. Facing a highly volatile utility grid,a major manufacturing facility in Ukraine sought an industrial-grade, ultra-reliable standby power solution to protect its production schedules.


Purpose

To deploy a compact, fully integrated containerized dual-generator VPS power system, equipped with intelligent master control, parallel operation and grid interconnection technology. The system is engineered to support flexible switching among diversified operation modes, including single-unit independent operation, seamless dual-generator parallel running, and single-unit grid-connected power supply. It delivers customized stable prime power, emergency standby power and grid-interactive power supply for client’s on-site power demands.
